Salted Caramel Sauce

Drizzle this deliciously rich and decadent caramel sauce over ice cream, cakes & cupcakes, apple pies, French toast or just eat with a spoon!
- 1 cup Coconut butter/manna, warmed until liquid
- 1 cup Dark maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt (or more to taste)
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Mix everything together in a medium size bowl until the mixture is smooth and silky. Store in the fridge. Note: this mixture will solidify in the fridge so to use it again warm it gently over a low heat, or for a few seconds in a microwave.
