Quick Glaze | Anita's Organic Mill
Use this easy icing sugar glaze to drizzle over cinnamon buns, tea breads, cakes and cookies. Ready in a flash and super simple to make.

Servings 1 cup


  • 1/2 cup Anita's Organic Icing Sugar
  • 1 to 2 tsp Water, milk or lemon/orange juices (depending on the flavour you like)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract


  • In a medium sized bowl sift the icing sugar. Add the vanilla extract. Then stir in the liquid a few drops at a time to create a smooth, silky glaze.

    Made this lemon juice and added lemon extract along with the vanilla extract to drizzle on a lemon cake. Lovely lemony taste and not too sweet like other glazes out there. Perfect!
