Scooping Cookie Dough
There are a couple ways to scoop cookie dough, and how you choose to do it depends on the desired size of your cookie.
You can use two spoons, take a scoop of dough in one, and use the other spoon to push the dough onto the pan.
A cookie scoop, or a small ice cream scoop can also be used for larger cookies. They help form consistently-sized baked goods. For smaller cookies, try using a tablespoon.
