The organic grains in our products are wholesome and nutritious, farmed without chemicals. By milling in small batches and at low temperatures, we keep the nutrition in our whole grains intact so they deliver more fibre, vitamins and minerals than white flour. Because of this, baking with Anita’s is not just delicious it’s also nutritious.
If you have a tried-and-true recipe that uses white flour and you would like to add the goodness of whole grain, there are two easy ways to do that. The first is to swap Anita’s 60/40 Blend 1:1 for your regular flour. This blend performs just like white flour while delivering the nutritional benefits of 40% sprouted whole grain flour. Or you can replace up to 1/3 of the white flour with one of our whole grain or sprouted flours. Not only will this deliver more nutrition, it will boost the taste as well.
