Cherries, cherries, cherries galore. Our beautiful BC cherries are here for such a short time that we have to make the most of these delicious littles bundles of goodness. Sweet, tart and juicy all at the same time what's not to like about them? Best enjoyed just as they are but what about using them in baking too? How about trying this fabulous Cherry Upside Down Cake. Made with a combination of our Spelt, Oat and Almond flours and fresh and local cherries this hearty cake is a wonderful addition to the sweet trolley.
