There is definitely a theme running through this month's newsletter other than Thanksgiving. All three of the dessert recipes contain vegetables. How can anyone feel guilty about eating desserts when they contain delicious seasonal vegetables? It’s a win, win really - extra veggies wrapped up in a super tasty package of gloriously exquisite baked goodness. Did you all bring your stretchy dinner pants? Here we have used the oldest of our ancient grain flours Einkorn to add a beautiful richness to the cake. Pumpkin is a must this time of year and the combination of these ingredients works beautifully. Enjoy!
