Kamut® Khorasan flour has a subtle, sweet and nutty flavour. People with sensitivities may find Kamut® Khorasan flour easier to digest than wheat flour. Khorasan flour can be used as a one-to-one substitution for whole grain flour and is well suited to many baking applications, such as muffins, cookies, rustic breads and pancakes.
