This flour blend can be used in recipes calling for gluten free all-purpose flour and is excellent for bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, pancakes and more. When replacing wheat flour in recipes, we recommend adding xanthan gum as it acts like a binding agent and helps give baked goods structure and elasticity.

Ingredients: Brown rice flour*, oat flour*, coconut flour*, potato starch*, tapioca flour*, arrowroot powder*.
